Good strong vibration and appreciate the lower rise on the back piece so that it can be used on the couch. Also appreciate the lighter color (most of these only come in black which would never have worked for my Grandmother, for whom this was a gift). The fleece backing helps it stay in place wonderfully as well.

This is our second one of these massagers. The first one would be going fine if I hadn't broken the plug. Definately the best we've had so far. I would buy it again.

The unit is well built, heats quickly and has good Motor control.
Two dislikes, one the heat does not work without turning on at least one vibration zone and the heating is located for the lower back only.
 Does not massage, but rather vibrates December 31, 2007

The quality in material is there, but the main downfall, and cause for return of ours, is that it does not massage, it vibrates. It does a poor job of that too!
Fix that and it may be worth it.
